The process of preserving them begins during the selection process to acquire only the highest quality ingredients. Conservas Serrats acquires mussels at the optimal moment when they have reached their peak flavour and an appropriate size. We only produce large mussels that require a long time to mature.
Their consumption has a large portion of protein (20,15 gr. per every 100gr.) and is recommended for diets of physically active people. Mussels in pickling sauce can be used in hundreds of recipes and make an excellent appetizer.
