Glalet Loire
Glalet Loire
Soft and very delicate cheese, produced in the Loire, between the fine vineyards of Sancerre and Poiully-Fumé. It has a very creamy texture and a very delicate, fine, but persistent flavor. This type of cheese is also called “a triple créme” (triple cream) because fresh cream is added during the production phase. In the mouth it is creamy and envelops the palate with sweet-sour lactic sensations and slight notes of undergrowth.
