Unlike other Bries de Meaux, this artisanal recipe never ceases to surprise and delight, as its taste and texture evolve according to the seasons and the herd’s natural diet. A soft cheese with a bloomy rind, this rawmilk Brie can be stored in its original packaging and store it in the lower part of the refrigerator.
